Dive into the world beneath the waves! This week, participants will explore ocean life, marine habitats, and underwater adventures through creative activities, games, and hands-on projects.
From discovering fascinating sea creatures to creating ocean-inspired art and taking on fun, themed challenges, each day is full of exploration and imagination. Along the way, participants will build curiosity, teamwork, and creativity while learning more about the ocean and the amazing world around us!

YEP is an interactive and engaging summer program for youth ages 13 – 25. YEP is not a Summer Camp.
We focus on the exploration of community resources, and will use the GRT and walking as primary modes of transportation. Each day, the group travels throughout Waterloo Region to a variety of social, recreation, leisure, and work/volunteer learning activities. Our objective is to build important skills that will help youth to be successful in their personal, school and work lives.

Please note: YEP is a physically active program. Events are planned with all ages in mind, and when required, smaller groups are created to consider bringing youth who are closer in age together.
Please note: All of our Instructors receive First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training as well as course specific training including Safe Food Handling, Mental Health First Aid, Clear Language and other trainings where required.
