Weekdays @99 Registration – Fall 2026

Welcome to Weekdays @99, a welcoming and inclusive offering where participants can connect with others, explore their interests, and spend meaningful time in the community. Each day is shaped by the people attending, with activities planned based on participants’ interests, goals, and the season.

Participants will spend time both at KW Habilitation and out in the community, building friendships and enjoying a variety of activities together. This service offers a balance of routine and flexibility so that people can try new things while also enjoying familiar favourites.

Select the days you would like to attend for each month below. Each selected day registers you for that day every week for the entire month.

You can register for as many months as you like now, or come back later to register for additional months or days.
Registration will remain open until November 30, 2026.

Weekdays is closed on the following dates:
Labour Day: Monday, September 7
Thanksgiving Day: Monday, October 12
Holiday Closure: Monday, December 21 – Friday, December 25, 2026 and January 1, 2027.

Activities may include:

  • baking and cooking
  • music and karaoke
  • board games and social games
  • movies and creative arts
  • seasonal crafts and activities
  • visiting parks, shopping centers, recreation facilities, bowling, mini golf, or local events
  • walks, hikes, and outdoor exploration

This support is designed for people who enjoy being social, active, and part of a group, while still having the opportunity to make choices about how they spend their day.

Participants should plan to arrive at 9:00 AM. If a later drop-off or early pickup is required, please contact Out and About Waterloo Region at 519-744-6307 ext. 1119. We will do our best to accommodate requests, though this cannot always be guaranteed.

Please bring a packed lunch each day.

Please note that a $5 activity fee is included in the program cost each day. This fee covers activity expenses such as transportation, admission fees, supplies, and other program-related costs.
